Psychedelic use is on the rise. Many people report them as being powerful tools of empathy, insight, wisdom, and other forms of growth. However, these substances can also contribute to distress, confusion, health risks, and other difficulties.
I work with clients either after journey experiences in psychedelic integration or before and after (i.e., if we do preparation, the expectation is that we will follow up with psychedelic integration).
Preparation includes being thoughtful about your safety. It also entails being intentional about how you want the medicine to help you.
Psychedelic integration work helps you to take the wisdom learned from your plant medicine experience and apply it to your day-to-day life. If you had a difficult experience, we will seek to understand what arose for you as well as how to feel supported.
Disclaimer: please note that outside of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I do not a) provide access to psychedelic medicines. b) act as a sitter for active usage. or b) refer clients to underground guides. I work from a harm reduction framework.
