Yes. I accept UMR Top Tier, the insurance plan for Mount Sinai employees and their families. I also accept Aetna.

No, I also provide out-of-network services. Prices vary by session type. I can provide documentation for you to submit for out-of-network benefits with your carrier.
With therapy, often the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. As such, meeting at least once per week helps build momentum. I see people multiple times per week as well.
Other outside activities like journaling, meditating, writing out dreams, etc. can also help enhance your therapy experience.
We would start with a complimentary 15-minute phone call to get to know each other a little. If it is feeling like a good fit, we would then set up our first session.
