How can I help?

I have worked in multiple stressful, hand-demand environments including the military, trauma clinics, and fast-paced hospitals. These experiences led me to explore the deeper roots of burnout: identity, meaning, and the parts of ourselves we often overlook while pushing through.

I have provided trainings on burnout and sustainable self-care to students and hospital teams. I also am honored to help thoughtful individuals understand what their exhaustion is pointing to and how to move toward a more grounded, purposeful way of living and working.
